My background spans global Chief Marketing Officer roles, Board and Non-Executive positions, and over two decades of international leadership across B2B technology, data, SaaS and financial services — including listed and PE-backed businesses.

I am typically engaged at moments of inflection:
growth acceleration, increased competition, leadership transition, international expansion, or pre- and post-investment change. The mandate is rarely “more marketing”; it is to restore focus, strengthen decision-making and ensure marketing operates as a credible driver of enterprise value.
